We am able to print a PDF from a browser online view, but we get a page break resulting in a partially blank page when a section type changes from one to two columns and the two column section won’t fit on that page. As much as I’d hope people would view the online version of our newsletter, there are people and visitor centers that prefer or need printed paper copies to share with other visitors.
Is there a way to suppress the influence of section type changes when printing a MailPoet newsletter? Here’s a link to our latest printed newsletter.

  • Hi @ldekay!

Is there a way to suppress the influence of section type changes when printing a MailPoet newsletter?

There’s not much you could do with the built-in settings regarding this, it might improve if you add some custom CSS specific for printing, like the ones on this tutorial: https://sympli.io/blog/a-quick-guide-to-css-for-printable-webpages/

But we can’t guarantee that you will get the same display or design after printing. In this case, you’d need to add custom CSS and try or search for the help of a developer or designer.

Please, let me know if you have any further questions.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi there @ldekay,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
