Section type: Popup as button

Hi, as the topic title says, i want to make it look like a button for the popup extra options. For example:

[Teddy Bears] (as a button with bg color and all)

[Balloons] (as a button with bg color and all)

How can i do that? Also, from mobile phone, the section label appears only the half (cutted in the middle). Is that fixable? Thank you!
