Section with big content breaks next section

Hi,
So, im developing theme with this great plugin but i noticed a problem. When my content is bigger then window height, and overflow appears, sometimes section bellow breaks. Overflowed sections background get to the middle of the next section, and plugin breaks from that point all way down.
So my first thought was, that my template modifications on slide.php where causing this, but new underscores.me blank theme ,with only this plugin instaled, given sections that have much text in them causes plugin to crash in the same way.
What am i doing wrong ?
ps: Disabling display-table makes sections work properly but of course then i don`t have vertical alignment.
