• I have a live website that has a home page constructed using Elementor. I have worked on it to try to ensure that it is suitably responsive, and it is, to a degree — with one important exception. There are three sections with photographs and text that totally disappear if I narrow the browser window to less than 768.
I have been wracking my brains trying to solve this, without success. And it’s important, as I believe a large number of my users view this website on a mobile phone.

As it is a live website, I can’t do the usual support mantra of ‘disable all the plugins, then enable each one until you start to see the problem’, and I haven’t been able to reproduce the problem on a staging site.

Can you please help me figure out how to solve this problem?

    Thanks!

You should be able to easily reproduce this for yourself. Just go to the website I referred to, and progressively narrow the browser window.

The behavior is the same in Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

    Hello @bryanhiggs,

    Thank you for contacting us,

Would you please provide more details? Sending a screenshot of your desired state would be helpful for faster support.
    Which section will disappear?
I didn’t see any section disappeared in lower than 768px.
Please tell me how you would like the section to look like.

You can upload your files to one of the following online services:

768px width is a breakpoint on Elementor and OceanWP theme, so it’s normal to see some columns in the smaller device shown in one row.

If I understand correctly and you want to keep the number of columns in small devices, you can use the Elementor column size on tablet and mobile: https://i.postimg.cc/VkYMpR9N/image.png.

    Please keep us posted.

    Best Regards

Never mind. I found the solution.

Elementor was hiding the three major sections for a mobile phone, even though it said that they were displayed. When I toggled those controls off and then on again, Presto! sections are now visible in mobiles.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update,
    I’m glad it is solved.

    Best Regards
