Secure-Admin Plugin Not Working

  • I activated the Secure Admin Plugin on this page:
    wordpress.com/blog/2006/03/08/secure-blogging/

    I have a working SSL certificate, copied the plugin code, saved it as “secure-admin.php” and uploaded to the Plugin directory. After I activated the plugin everything seemed to work ok EXCEPT for when I access my dashboard I can’t access any of the management links on the top of the page. When I try it says that I do not have sufficient privileges to access the page.

    My host is on a windows server. The latest PHP, mysql, and WordPress versions are installed.

    How can I fix this problem?
