Secure HTML5 Video Player & Firefox

  • The video player works perfectly in Safari and Chrome but in Firefox there are issues. There are instructions for resolving the issues at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/secure-html5-video-player/faq/ . I have followed the instructions to the letter, uploading the .ogv video with same name as .mp4 video to same directory, and then changing [video mp4="URL.mp4"] to [video=”URL”] but then nothing shows up in any of my browsers. I have also tried [video file="URL"] but no luck.
