    Secure submit gateway is having issue. i mean on chrome orders are getting place but on firefox and safari orders are not getting placed its displaying an error “Transaction rejected because the lookup on the supplied token failed”. Please help me to solve this issue. on console i am seeing this message on firefox and safari “Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://api.heartlandportico.com/SecureSubmit.v1/api/token?callback=jsonp_callback_50015&token_type=supt&object=token&_method=post&api_key”

    This issue is being handled over email. While we are currently working to identify the exact cause, believe the issue is related to HTTPS certificates on the merchant’s server.

    I’m having the same issue and Heartland is unable to figure out the problem as it’s just an occasional error.. Were you able to resolve the issue?

    We were able to resolve the issue for that specific merchant, yes. However, this issue can occur for a few different reason.

    • There’s a JavaScript error during payment
    • There’s a third-party plugin preventing our JavaScript from running fully
    • The configured public API key and secret API key are not for the same environment/account

    This is a good place to start investigating.
