Secure trading failing after sequential orders update

    Help.

    Installed the latest version of Sequential orders plugin installed and now secure trading gateway failing as below:-

    And secure trading checks to see if this plugin is installed.So i can only presume that it is an error in the sequential plugin.

    Hi there,

    This appears to be an issue with how the SecureTrading gateway is calling the order number with Sequential Order Numbers active. Are you able to run a test transaction with another payment gateway to confirm?

    I would recommend opening a ticket with the gateway’s support team as well in the interest of getting this resolved quickly. Do you mind sharing a link to the gateway you are using?
