Secure User File Management Plugin

Hi guys,

hope its in the right section.

I’m totally exhausted finding a proper solution myself..

I’m looking for a secure file management solution where a client / customer can upload files through a frontend panel. Those files then are presented in a table with columns, where he can add information to the files (click checkboxes for several services etc).

Then after we processed those files there should be some kind of green checkmark or OK sign or whatever indicating the file is ready for download. The user then can download those file, single or bulk as zip.

ANY solution for something like this? If not via a WordPress plugin then through some other external solution which is embedded in the WordPress site?

VERY BIG THANKS in advance, no matter if you have an idea or telling me its just not working (unless we have a custom coded data solution or something) both will be helpful because I’m totally lost, seriously.
