    Hi there, I have installed the plugin on 3 different websites but nothing is syncronising.

    Would it be correct to assume the security details on “security” need to be the same on all sites?

    Action Encryption Key
    Action Signature Key

    but I can determine those myself?

    Is there a minimum or maximum length or anything special needed?

    Hello @pan21uk !
    Your assumptions are correct, as indicated by the help message under the settings fields you mentioned: “WARNING: Make sure this value is the same for all the websites to synchronise.”
    As for length, there isn’t any requirement, but it is recommended to use a string of 14 characters or more, randomised.

    Thank you for your message.
    I have installed this plugin on 3 different sites but it is not working.

    The log shows the following entries:

    2020-05-24 11:09:33 – Info – Logout action – enqueueing asynchronous actions for username “xxx”
    2020-05-24 11:09:33 – Info – Renewing token for https://einfach-limited.de/
    2020-05-24 11:09:34 – Warning – Failed to renew token for https://einfach-limited.de/ – retrying…
    2020-05-24 11:09:39 – Info – Added https://einfach-limited.de/wprus/logout/ async URL in wp_footer

    I assume the comments there refer to footer.php ? Do you have any suggestions how to change this to make it work?
