Security breach?

Hi, my site is https://www.gymbagsandgladrags.com but I have found a site that has ripped off everything from my site. The site https://www.gymandhealthy.com has taken my pictures, my code, my comments, even my about page with my name and pictures… How can this have happened? What can I do about it?
