    Hi, Installed and setup plugin. Tested it to see if it works. Right after email, mine is asking for a security code to put in before appointment request can be submitted but no security code is generating. Thank you.

    Hi,

    There is a previous output corrupting the captcha image. That is usually an extra blank space output by a plugin of by the theme file.

    A way to identify the origin of the previous output is to deactivate the plugins one by one to check which one is causing the conflict or temporary change the theme if all the plugins are discarded.

    You can also temporary disable the captcha image from the plugin settings to continue processing the bookings in the meantime.
