“Security error while sending message”

  • Hi there,

    Today I was doing some tests over the phone and when I send a message to another user ( I’m using bp) using the phone (IOS) it doesn’t really send it, and displays this error message regarding security. The message says what is writen on this topic. Can’t really figure it out because yesterday was working great on desktop.

    Please help. Thanks in advance guys!

    Any suggestions of why is this happening?

    Just to be clear: once I write the message to another user and press send, it just don’t send it. When I get out of the thread it displays at the bottom “Security error while sending message” in a red box. I haven’t seen here any others support threads pointing the same problem.

    So I’m really wondering why is this happening. It seems that the problem just occurs on mobile 90% of the times.

    I would really appreciate any feedback or hint to explore the issue in more detail.

    Actually nope… I just tried on IOS and its seems that when I refresh the page starts working again.

    Anyways this could be a bit of an issue for users in the near future, is there a way to prevent this from happening ?

    I add this when I was using single thread options.
    Start the thread both sides, then delete the thread from one side only, then try to talk using the BP Send message button again, error.
    But I can’t reproduce it at the moment.
    Was it fixed by a recent update ?
