Hi, what’s the action you’re trying to do that you are seeing this error message?

Thanks for the response. I get the above error message when trying to send a preview. I also jusr found out that I get error even when I try to send newsletter. I disactivate all plugins, but nothing changed.

I have already been talking to Rafael in your support team and gave him our login credentials, but they still couldn’t solve the problem. Could you please send me the older version because the older version was working for us just fine. Thanks!

For anyone else who has this problem, I clicked the convert to Beta link at the bottom of the screen and that cleared up this and another problem.

Always make sure to upgrade to the latest version, we are constantly fixing those bugs.
