Security Firewall blocking my clients access

  • Would you please help me figure out why my client when she tries to login today (didn’t do it any other time until today) she is getting an error that says:

    “Security Firewall is activated for your IP “” (leaving IP off for security reasons)

    Blocked by DOS prevertion system

    Also, is “prevertion” supposed to be spelled “prevention” please fix that typo as it’s confusing and unprofessional.
