Schedule the Audit – Send Email Option issue

  • 1st issue:

    Regarding that the Schedule the Audit option exist with an ON/OFF button, the dropbox next to it its Grey and doesnt give any option to schedule.

    2nd issue:

    When you add an email address to the “Send Email Option” and enabled, if you leave and come back again, the option stays ON but the email you add before its not there as it doesnt keep it. Tried it with flushing and without the cache. Same thing happend.

  • Hi @xpanos as we were speaking on the other thread, it might be possible that some of the JS files are cached – preventing the buttons to work. Would you be able to purge the cache in WordPress, and in your browser to try again? If the issue still persists, could you please share the following details so that we can try to reproduce the issue at our end:

    1) WordPress version number
    2) Name & version number of the theme you are using
    3) Any other information which might help isolate this issue

    Ananda as you answer to the security fixer thing, I made my questions more relevant to the other issues just to not confuse the others. So the above two issues its my thing, have you got any related info to give as?

    Appreciate it, @xpanos . From what I can see the issue you are facing with the “Send Email Option” is also because of cache. We have tested this starting WordPress 5.4.2, up to WordPress 5.6 and I am able to update these options as expected.

    Since you are still facing the issue, could you please share the following details so that we can try to reproduce the issue at our end:

    1) WordPress version number
    2) Name & version number of the theme you are using
    3) Any other information which might help isolate this issue

    This happens in a latest wordpress version 5.6, with Divi theme enabled (latest version) with the minimum tweaks.

    What about Scheduling?
