Security Icon not showing on menu

Hi, Once activated the Better WP Security normally display an icon with “security” text next to it on the left vertical menu in the WordPress dashboard, however on one of my sites it does not show and I cannot access the security settings. I have deactivated the plugin and reactivated it with no joy, anyone know why this is and what I need to do in order to resolve it and get the option displaying on the left WP dashboard menu ?
