“Security Rules Violation”??

  • I get this error when I try to edit information about the items in my media gallery and add them to a post as well as when I try to edit my theme from within WordPress:

    Security rules violation. Your IP has been logged. Please report this incidence with your IP address of this browser session to the site owner or server administrator if this is a false-positive.

    I originally had the same problem with uploading that it seems many others have had (HTTP Error), but thankfully I got that resolved. I don’t know if this is related or not.

    A Google search of this error message didn’t really help at all. I assume this is a WordPress error and not a server issue, but I’m no expert. Any ideas or help from the WP community would be appreciated.
