Say I have an admin and user-1. Is there a way for an admin that switches to user-1 to still be able to see certain admin features, links, menus, buttons, etc. only visible to admins. Sort of a hybrid.

For example, we hide the add-to-cart button for subscribers on the shop’s archive page, however, the admin can see this. As an admin, I go in and shop for the customer on the front-end because they have special pricing assigned to their role. But, I’d like to see the add-to-cart while the admin is switched to user-1.

    Thanks

Nope, not unless you create a user role that has just the capabilities that allow for this functionality. User Switching just switches between users, it doesn’t control the functionality.
