The video background feature is mostly made for background effects much more than actual videos.

To solve your issue, you have two solutions:

Solution #1: Use a page builder to build your desired page. NanoSpace is designed to be used with page builders. We recommend the Elementor builder.

Solution #2: Go to Customize → Custom CSS then type the code below:

.intro-special {
    padding: 25% !important;
}

That will increase the padding around the embedded video which should logically show it all. Play with that padding percentage until you reach the desired result.
