I really like this Plugin. There is one minor thing that I couldn’t figure out though. I would like to display the Image Dimensions in Gallery View. In particular in the Blog View. I have Exif data but Width and Height of the Original would be great.
I tried to add code to inside-gallery-single-image-view.php but couldn’t get the data to show :-). Maybe because I am not a Coding Expert.

    Appreciate any help !

  • Thank you for your feedback and your interest.
It is really complicated, there is a connection between many php and javascript files which are responsible for saving, processing data, showing in backend and for the final look in frontend. In general I do not talk about coding, it takes much time and has no value for me.
Thank you for the suggest, I will put it on task list. But will not be released soon. Other are updates are priorised.
So far if users can download the original source which is by default activated in “File view” options to get the original file and see the sizes. Or a field in Upload form can be added and activated to beeing visible for frontend and sizes can be put in manually.

    Hi,
thanks for the answer ! I did notice the dependencies in the code.
However it seems that you are kind of utilizing the Media Upload and in that the Dimensions are stored anyway.
So basically it would be a matter of querying the Database table wp_contest_gal1ery and display the data (width and Height) in blog view besides the Exif Data. For that I am unfortunately not good enough in php ??
