“See page indexing” is grayed in Google Search Console

I am having problems with the indexing of some pages. When I try to check the indexing in Google Search Console, the “View page indexing” option is greyed out.

Two of the pages I need to index are being flagged as having no canonical address, which is false, as you can see on the page source. Also, both appear correctly in the sitemap: page-sitemap.xml

I made the indexing requests, but without result.

I noticed these issues when Google Ads declined the subscription.
