Great plugin – I’ve spent hours trying to find something like this!

    I’ve got a couple of questions – ??

Is it possible to see what a customer has access to?
The customer themselves can see using through the help of the shortcode pasted into their My Account page – but as admin, you can’t actually see that detail as well.
I’ve not gone through the database, maybe it’s possible there?

Can I stop access to a page to a particular customer, later down the line? Maybe because of a refund or similar.
Again, I guess in the database somewhere I might be able to do it….

They would be great features to add at some point anyway.
    ??

    psb,
Currently you have to manually add the product to the admin user. It is on the road map to allow for admins to see all protected content, but at the moment you have to simply create an order manually in Woocommerce and add the product to the order and mark as completed.

    Matt,
thanks for the reply – actually, I think you’ve misunderstood what I meant –

As admin, I’d like to see what Customer A has bought/access to. Customer A can see what he has access to, because it shows up wherever I’ve added the shortcode (Under My Account is a good place).

If Customer A was to say to me “I’m struggling to access Content X, Y and Z” – I can’t really know if they’ve bought access to those, unless I trawl through all orders with his name on and click each one to see.

I don’t think there’s an easy answer to this, and it’s not such a big deal, but thought it was worth asking.

Ahh.. sorry for misunderstanding. I think what would need to happen is to then develop some admin screens on Woo… In the meantime what I have used in the past with other membership sites is

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/user-switching/

Basically, it allows me to one click login as them and view what issues they are having.

    Matt,
thanks – nice idea with the user switching!
I’d not seen that before, and I think that will do the job well.
