Seeing a transaction date mismatch

The date for a transaction as posted in the Add a Transaction panel is showing on the All Transactions list with a day lower. A date posted as say 10/6/2022 shows as 10/5/2022, etc.
Going back to edit the posted transactions still shows the original posted date, so the date is displaying in error in the list.
