    My client uses Relevanssi Premium with Relevanssi free version installed but disabled. However, on updating both plugins today to 4.1.4 (free) and 2.2.5 (premium) versions, the search page does not work. I simply receive a white screen with the message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties”. I had rebuilt the index after updating the premium plugin and also unselected certain taxonomies from being indexed. Also re-saved Permalinks. I tried disabling Premium and using Free instead, but same results. Nothing seems to work, and search seems to work fine if I disable Relevanssi.

    Seems there was an issue with Polylang, deactivated that plugin and it’s back to working.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
