Seeking Fillable PDF Plugin

    We are looking for a plugin suggestion that will take an existing PDF we have designed and input username and a certificate number, then email to the registered user who just paid his/her subscription. We’ve reviewed Gravity PDF and Easy Digital Downloads. However, we’ve already invested in Caldera Forms. Looking for an additional plugin to automate this process. Any suggestions or guidance is most appreciated.

    You may want to consider switching to an online form and use plugins like Gravity Forms.
