Seeking recommendation for order tracking plugins

I am seeking advices/recommendation on an order tracking plugin
for WORDPRESS platform. I have limited ability of customizing
existing plugins thus needs good support from the plugin vendor(s).

Here is a list of requirements for this order tracking plugin:

1. supports multi-channel and multi-business, i.e. it receives orders
from multiple sales channels for every business on the platform
2. supports Oauth authentication/authorization
3. supports communication with buyers thru click-to-call or click-to-sms
4. receives orders, order updates and cancellation via REST API
5. it is not mandatory that order tracking plugin be integrated with Woo
6. is not necessary to have inventory management. Shipment management
is a plus but not required.

I am grateful for any advice/recommendation/experience on such a plugin.
