• I have bought the plugin to receive some support.
    I tried to contact them several times in last weeks.
    I received no answers to may mails.
    If the dev car read this, please let me kow how paid customer can be supported…
    I hope I can finally get a support.

    I tried to contact you on your website.
    Never got answered
    so I tried to send you a mail at [email protected]
    did this on the 1st of february
    then sent a remind on the 9th
    never got answered.
    I am sure your support is good. Provided you do answer the requests ??
    I jut sent you a copy of the mails. at [email protected]
    did you receive ?
    PS : I hate to be obliged to call you there. But it seemed this was the only way to get your attention

    I understand. That’s weird, i couldn’t find anything in our Spam either.
    Can you try again through the contact at https://www.wp-hide.com/contact/ please make sure the form is not returning any error when submit.
    Also send a separate e-mail to [email protected] with CC to [email protected] If possible use an e-mail on a different provider than your default ( e.g use yahoo.com, google.com etc )

    Hi,
    We received over 10 support messages through the contact, but none appear to be yours, either anything in Spam.
    Please send a direct e-mail to [email protected] with CC to [email protected] If possible use an e-mail on a different provider than your default ( e.g use yahoo.com, google.com etc )

    Hi,
    I just tried to do you suggested but now, on your new adress, I received a notification stating your do have an issue with your mails.

    I hope you can fix it, and we can start to work on my issues with your plugin…

    Hi,
    It’s a free Yahoo e-mail account, I have no idea why it rejects your provider.
    Maybe you can just try to send from a different account, as I think this is the root of the problem.. Also, you could try to send as well to [email protected]

    If none of the above works, we’ll try to set-up a temporary support forum, or just issue a refund.

    Did you manage to send from a different e-mail address?
    Also, you can try again the contact form at https://www.wp-hide.com/contact/ now all messages are recorded on the site, before attempt to send to our support e-mail account.
