    Hi,

The alert appears only when i ‘m visiting the web pages to set your plugin (in BO) … when i have a look on my health website, for the API REST, everything is ok.

So i don’t understand why there is this alert only on your plugin BO pages ? i was ready to buy the PRO version but now i wonder if i should …

    The message :

    and nothing is listed …”

    Thanks for your help,

    Thierry ??

    Hi @terrysxm,

    1. ?Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. Could you please share a screenshot of the page where this error message appears (please make sure the entirety of the page can be seen)?

You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    Best regards,

    Hi @terrysxm,

That notice is not coming from our plugin. For example, I found the following post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/an-unexpected-network-error-has-occur/#post-17118931 which states something similar to what you encountered, in that case, the notice was coming from the Real Cookie Banner plugin. I see that you have the Real Media Library plugin, which is the same plugin author as Real Cookie Banner. Try briefly disabling that plugin (Real Media Library) and check if you still see the notice.

    Hi @alexandrubodea ,

I deactivated the famous plugin but that didn’t change anything… no big deal because ultimately in my company we decided not to use your plugin.

Despite everything, many thanks for your help!

    Best regards,

    Thierry
