    Hello,
    plugin looks nice and what seen in demo movie is what I need but just installed free version and seems having some problems.
    1)Touchpoint types don’t seem to be erasable once created even if buttons say so. Once page is refreshed they come back.
    2) When creating new touchpoints no way to edit field “assign to”.

    Is there any solution to this? Thank you.

    Hi,

    Default touchpoint types (Contact Phone, Meeting, Phone and Note) can not be deleted. However new touchpoint types can be created and also erasable.
    While creating new touchpoints, “assign to” field is editable.

    Thanks for your answer.

    I still had my test installation with older version (UkkuPeople 1.5.3) and confirm you that most of the times deleting touchpoint was a real pain. Mayebe it was an installation problem or a bug fixed by you on last upgrade but just after 1.5.4 installed touchpoints are readily erasable. Good for that.

    Still when creating touchpoints “assign to” field isn’t editable or better you can go over “assign to” but it’s forever on “assign to none” and no way to write anything. There is a grey button “remove” of course not working cause there is no “assign to name” ever created . There is another button “add another Assignee” but generates an infinite loop as just written with an “assign to none” etc. etc. etc.
    Tried Firefox, Crome and Explorer and all the same.
    Would appreciate to understand how this field is editable for you cause maybe I’ve missed something.

    Another test would be to look at the demo.ukuupeople.com site and see if the issue is duplicated there. Sometimes we notice some abnormalities with some versions of PHP or that sort of thing.
