Seems some hack was made

Hi and thanks for this great plugin.

I happened to look at my error log just now for one site where WP is a bit older though your plugin is uptodate and see [see below] what looks like a hack attempt to inject spam links and redirects. I do not see this in recent days only on those specified below. All should be OK or is my site compromised?
