seems to affect wp_editor()

Thanks for the report.

The editor in the admin area uses wp_editor() and of course works fine. I just done a very quick test of wp_editor() on the front end and couldn’t see any problems when switching users.

If you want to show me your code (https://gist.github.com/ or https://pastebin.com/) I’ll see if I can find a problem.

Sorry, but I think the problem was something completely different.
I cannot reproduce this now.
