@robertsmoto
Thanks for your review and feedback on the review notification. Since about a week or two WordPress made some changes to its plugin search functionality. The amount of reviews and review-score of a plugin now plays a bigger role in the ranking of a plugin on the download page. As you can imagine it is important to me to rank high to get as many downloads as possible. That is why I added the review-notification. However I did put some mechanisms in place to make sure not to annoy users with it. This is what it should do:
The review notification shows only when:
1. The plugin has been active for at least 1 week;
2. There is at least 1 product feed project active.
We have also made sure that if you have clicked one of the three links in the notification it should never show again. Have you clicked on of those links or did you close the notice by clicking the cross in the upper right corner?
Sorry you are experiencing this annoyance.
All the best,
Joris
