Sela Theme – Front Page Widget Image Border

    I have placed borders on the images of the three Front Page Widgets using CSS. However, on the image of the First Front Page Widget, the right vertical border is missing. It is missing only when the computer screen is too narrow. If the screen is widened, it is there. ???

    I see no problems with the borders of that image on a cell phone.

    Can you help me to determine why this border does not show up all the time?

    I have used the following CSS:
