    After connect Google account not working select this account
    because selector wait multilevel array with webProperties, profiles – but obtained simple account data https://monosnap.com/file/Tg3epcpho12LINN78RwCeG0T4DDBxx

  • Getting the same thing happen for me also, cannot select the connected account. It’s greyed out.

    @ausimporting @galinabublik I apologize for any confusion. I’m pretty sure the “greyed out” thing you’re seeing is the title of your GA account. Normally you would see the property show underneath the greyed out title.

    If you are not seeing your property in the dropdown it is most likely because you have created a GA4 property instead of the “Universal” property. In order to create a “Universal” property you have to select the “Advanced” option during property creation (In your Google Analytics not the plugin) and choose the Universal option.

    We are working on making the plugin GA4 compliant, but for now it only functions with the older Universal properties. Please let me know if this helps.
