Select All in Inbound Messages not working

    Hi – when try to select all in the inbound messages it doesn’t select anything?

    I’m tying to move lots of old messages to the trash and I don’t want to do this one at a time.

    Can you help please?

    Select the leftmost checkbox in the header row (on the left hand of Subject), select Move to trash from the above Bulk actions menu, then click Apply.

    That is exactly what I am doing but when I select that check box it does not select the rest of the items, it doesn’t do anything at all. No error message,and I checked log files and no errors there either. I need to clean out the old records since there are more and more being added everyday. Thank you!

    I also tried deactivating and reactivate it, and also deleted it and reinstalled and still not working.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Flamingo and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Ok, it seems it’s the plugin Toolset Forms that is preventing this selection to happen.

    Is there something you can do to let me know what to tell them? Or are you able to see what the issues is between the two of you?

    I suggest you stop using the Toolset plugins.
