Select field error – This value should be alphanumeric

    Dear support team,

    I am having the issue of “Select field error – This value should be alphanumeric”. While I am creating a german customized field to select salutation then I am getting this failure displayed while trying to submit.

    I did not setup an alphanumeric select field option and I do not find the setting to change that.

    Please help to find out how to enable select fields without alphanumeric setting.
