    The values for two select fields on my Job Application forms have dissappeared and I am unable to re-add the options and save them.

    I have no idea what may havecaused this.

  • Having the same issie in the WPJM Applications add-on extension. Pip character not working for the options.

    Hello,

    could you clarify how the options disappeared? Does the field become empty after saving in the form editor? Or is it only not displayed when sending in an application?

    Field values are not present in the dropdown and values are not saved to the database. When trying to re-add values, they are not saved and the field remains empty with no options.

    @dericleeyy – It has been nearly three months since you confirmed this as a bug and my client is becoming quite irate over the situation. Are you able to provide a timeline for resolution of this issue, please?

    @usercentrix was this something that we confirmed with you by email? I’m not seeing anywhere in this thread where that occurred? Or perhaps I’m missing it?

    If this was done by email, have you tried replying to that email thread to reach out to us from there? That will help us have better context around the conversation.
