Select icon from media library

    When Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site Icon is empty, it would be nice to be able to select icon for notifications from media library.

    In several themes we have this field is empty, because they are handling site icon on its own. Adding icon to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site Icon creates some duplicate HTML code.
