Select internal date automatically

Good morning,
I would like to ask you for help in selecting dates on my client’s website with the Booking Calendar plugin.
The customer must make a reservation on the website for a stay in an apartment / B&B.

Problem: Manual selection of dates as the customer, who is usually used to clicking on the arrival and departure dates, does not click on the internal dates and creates a payment problem because the Plugin considers payment only for the first night and the last night .

Example: The customer selects the dates 13 and 15

Plugin: The plugin should automatically select day 14
Furthermore, the plugin must not allow you to click on the date 7.
