changing “select layout” and “image demensions” default settings

    hi,
    – when adding “new post”, how do i change post “layout” default option to “no sidebar full width” (without selecting it every new post) like this: https://i.imgur.com/4ZvAbca.png
    – adter uploading new image to post, how do i change image default dimension to “100%” (without selecting it every image) like this: https://i.imgur.com/sipVt05.png

    my site is using this theme: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/colormag/

    i have zero knowledge in coding so a noob guide like opening which file, editing which line will be perfect

    For the first issue, can you visit Appearance->Customize->Design Options section and then under the different layout option, choose the required layout from the available default layout options over there and see if that helps you resolve your issue?

    For the second issue, since that is under the WordPress posts/pages of your site, hence, if you could code on your own then, maybe you can achieve that via the child theme.
