Select Menu for dynamically created /category/ pages

Hello; I ran across a page on my site that I am working on, that would not allow for the use of a custom menu… It was when I clicked a “category name” in one of my post to view all posts in that category: example https://cci321.ccidev.com/category/cci-newsletters/

Is there a way to set up a default menu for the dynamically generated category pages?
