Select not rendering in Chrome

I’m getting a select that doesn’t render correctly in Chrome. It works fine in IE, Firefox, Safari etc. I’m running Contact Form 7 Ver 4.5.1 on PHP 5.3.26 MYSQL Ver 5.5.31-30.3-log
