• Hello, I have an issue with your addon settings. I added a product (with no variants). It is a simple product. This product has 2 mandatory options fields which are a dropdown. There is a rule added, that the user has to select those options before adding the product to the cart. In the product overview, when I press on the “select options” button, my cart tells me, that a product was added. No product was added. The expected behaviour is, that the product page opens and a user selects the options.

    To understand: https://londonpizza.de/?woo-share=plLPyBq3iwAmYK452P96dULH200PDxt2
Navigate to “Deals”. Press on “Optionen Ausw?hlen” -> “A Product was added to your cart” (No product was added). Instead a user should see the product page. This does not happen.

Please tell me how to fix this issue. Kind regards

    Hi there,

    I hope you’re doing well.

I checked the product you mentioned, and I could add the product with the add-ons without issues.

So I suggest you try cleaning the cache of your site and browser and then check if the problem is solved.

    We’ll remain at your disposal.

    Hello @aranofacundo ,
Thank you for your response. The problem is not with the product itself. The issue is on the overview page of the deals. I have made a recording of the issue for you. Pressing on “Optionen ausw?hlen” should lead you to the product. This behaviour is not being applied if you have a “Single Product” with mandatory add-ons. https://gyazo.com/60678b20cf536c7d4afccb1d4b9a0421
I also tried it on a different device, same result.

    Kind regards

    Hi there,

Thanks for the video and the information. In this case, you should try disabling the AJAX add to cart buttons on archives feature of WooCommerce and your current theme, and then check if the issue is solved.

Let us know if this helped you.

The issue was resolved by deactivating the WPCafe plugin. Thank you for helping out.
