Select recipient from pull down menu

Hello,
I am wondering if it is possible to select the recipient from a pulldown menu. For example:
-> if the user select ‘chairman’ the mail is sent to [email protected]
-> if the user select ‘webmaster’ the mail is sent to [email protected]Etcetera
How can I achieve this?
By the way: I am using the free version 2.7.5 of VFB.
