Select Service issue

Hello so when i select device from the form no matter what device I pick if I pick the iPhone 8 it gives me iPhone 8 screen repair but also if i pick iPhone 8 plus it gives me iPhone 8 screen repair. I cant seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong to separate the repairs to individual devices. Any help would be appricated.
