I could replicate the issue on the link you have sent. Please share an export of the form with us, so that we can check further.

After exporting, please share the code using a service such as https://pastebin.com which is free to use.

To check this issue further, I imported the form to a test website but couldn’t replicate the issue. I understand that the problem is not showing up when you are logged in, can you please clear all the cache and check if that resolves the issue?

If the issue persists, to ensure no other plugin is conflicting and causing the problem, can you please try a complete conflict test?

As this is a live website with traffic, please perform the test on a staging website. A staging website is a copy of your live website into a new directory on the same server with a separate database.
