Select values are not displaying on the cart page

Hello,

I have created a select field and entered some values like so:

no-card | No Card
printed-cart | Printed Card
e-card | eCard

These work fine however on the cart/checkout page they are displaying the value (e.g. no-card) instead of the label.

Any chance of a fix?
