    Hi,

    Would you please help me with the following:

    When clicking on “Select whom to transfer” field in the Wallet transfer tab, a dropdown appears where you have to type the person’s e-mail address.

    Questions:

    1) On Desktop, the dropdown is BELOW. If on Mobile/Tablet devices, the dropdown is ABOVE, instead of BELOW, thus covering the text above. I want the dropdown to be BELOW on any device. Can you please help me change this?

    2) When typing the e-mail address of the person whom you want to transfer to, there are two strings that appear: 1. “Searching…” and 2. “The results could not be loaded.“.
    Could you please tell me how and where to find them in order to be able to modify them? I simply want to change the wording. But I couldn’t find them anywhere, neither with Loco Translate, nor in the WooWallet plugin’s files, in the WP Plugin Editor.

    Hi @mikeyhash,

    We are working on wallet money transfer to fix the above issues and will be fixed on our next update. We are going to use regular email field instead of drop-down search.

    I have updated the plugin and the only improvement made is that the dropdown is no longer above on Mobile devices.

    However, you still left out 2, actually 3, MAJOR issues:

    1) the actual searching is SUPER SLOW, sometimes it takes like 10 seconds for the searched person to appear in the list, after you finish writing its full e-mail address.

    2) The strings “Searching…” and “The results could not be loaded.“ are still there and they cannot be found neither with Loco Translate, nor in the WooWallet plugin’s files, in the Editor. Again, please, where can I find them?

    3) Combining the 2 issues above, you have the third major one: the “The results could not be loaded.” is displayed as soon as you start typing and it remains as it is until the searched person is actually found in the system (like I said, sometimes it even takes 10 seconds, which is way too long), thus giving the impression to the user that there is an error with the search and that it is not working. And he will surely leave the page as soon as he sees that.

    Please find a solution for this, for instance I’ve asked you about where I could find the string “The results could not be loaded.” in order to remove it or at least change it, because it will scare the users if it remains as it is.
