I can see a couple of long Select fields but I can’t see anything where you are using Selectable Recipient with Pipes.

??However the problems you describe appear to be due to CSS styling & JavaScript added in https://www.incrys.nl/wp-content/themes/raw/raw/assets/plugins/chosen/chosen.css

Are you able to temporarily disable the “chosen” plugin to see if ??this resolves the problem.
